Wednesday, October 14, 2015: Northern Spy, Idared, Honeycrisp, and many more apples! Also beans, tomatoes, peppers, winter squash, potatoes, etc. etc

Today looks nice.  Sun, light winds and comfortable temperatures awaits us.  Keep in mind a freeze is likely Friday and/or Saturday nights.  Sunday should be fairly nice in the afternoon and Injun Summer will slowly set in on Monday.  How long Injun Summer lasts this year is exactly ?? days. The freeze this weekend (if it happens, which looks likely) will put an end to our freshly picked beans and while it is possible some of our tomatoes and peppers will escape it, it will cause heavy losses.
